What is CircoTherm

Neff Ovens introduced CircoTherm cooking over 30 year ago. This method of forced air cooking continues to be the benchmark for all fan ovens. 

The Principle

CircoTherm Ovens work by drawing air in from the oven via a powerful fan. It then heats up the air and forces it right back into the oven cavity through strategically ducts in the rear wall. By continuously circulating hot air around the oven in this way the desired temperature is achieved more quickly and evenly than in a normal oven, saving time and energy as little or no pre heating is required.
